Once we book the tour how can we request for the free pick up from LAX airport (information of flight number and time of arrival) as I intend booking for the flight after I get a confirmation for the tour

When your reservation has been confirmed, an e-mail will be sent requesting the flight details.

Please note that free Arrival transfers between 9:00am-10:00pm.

I wanted to book this tour... but Im a little confused.. The actual tour at the grand canyon isnt included in the package? I have to pay for that tour separately?

Hi Sevana:

Grand Canyon West is not part of the Grand Canyon National Park that is 5 hours away.

Grand Canyon west is on the Hualapai Native American Reservation and is owned and operated by the Hualapai Tribe.

They require an admission fee of $80 per person, which includes a lunch, to enter the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.

The Skywalk is an additional $32.00.

The price of the tour includes the bus transportation and hotel accommodations throughout the tour, as well as some guiding by the tour guide at the different locations.

All payments need to be made in USD (united states dollar).

If you are making a payment from India with a credit/debit card or bank wire transfer, your financial institution most likely will charge you a currency rate conversion fee.

Yes, you are able to extend your stay in Las Vegas for an additional night.

When making a reservation, please leave a note in the comment section letting us know you wish to add an additional night at the last night's hotel for the tour to allow us to quote you the hotel pricing dependent on availability. Please bear in mind that leaving a comment or request to end in Las Vegas is important, as the routing and order of the tour is variable dependent on the departure date you select and the request would allow us to ensure that we arrange the order of the tour to allow you to end in Las Vegas.

Price Breakdown:
1 : 4 Adult Tickets = $1,728.00
2 : 2 Adult Tickets = $1,096.00

Total Amount = $2,824.00

The "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion only applies if you have three passengers traveling in the same room.

This tour is available on your desired travel dates of June 27th to July 2nd.

I will join this tour with my daughter at the end of April. 1) If I cannot make it for the tour, what is the cancellation fee? 2) when do I have to cancel it to get 100% refund? 3) When we return to San Francisco, can you give us a ride to the airport? 4) My daugher is 8 years old. The price will be applied same as adult?

1) If you decide to cancel your tour within 7-days of departure, the cancellation fee is of 100%, you would receive no refund.

2) This tour does not offer airport transfers.

You would need to find your own transportation from the drop-off location to the airport.

The drop-off locations are the same as the pick-up locations offered out of San Francisco and the general surrounding area.

4) There is no child price for this tour.

As long as there are two passengers traveling in the same room, the price per passenger (regardless of age) is of $288.

Hi I am interesting in this tour. Do you know if we need to take any flights, between cities or everything by bus. I don't have a problem with that,but I don't like too much taking flights. Meals are include and hotels too? Its meals no. Its okay. I am traveling with a teenager who loves see part of the country side. We like this tour, because leaves from SF and ends in SF. We live three hours from SF. We are planning to go to almost to the end of July aprox 2013 Thank you
